Burak Aydin Attorney at law

Burak Aydin was born in 1985 in Salzgitter.
After graduating from high school, he studied law in Osnabrück and Hannover. He completed his legal traineeship in the Higher Regional Court District of Braunschweig, where he also completed his Second State Examination in Law. He then joined the Weimann & Meyer team and works as a criminal lawyer. Already during his law studies he was primarily interested in criminal law. He chose to focus on legal advice with a specialisation in criminal procedure and sanctions law. He completed his legal traineeship at the law firm Nagel Schlösser in Hannover with the renowned criminal lawyer Prof. Dr. Michael Nagel and also worked as an assistant at the chair “Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Commercial Criminal Law” of the Faculty of Law in Hannover.
In addition to his training, Burak Aydin worked for several years in corporate communications for an internationally operating German car manufacturer. There he contributed to the positioning of the Group in the media and was also involved in PR communication in times of crisis through press and public relations work. In addition to his work as a criminal lawyer, Burak Aydin completed the course to become a certified attorney for criminal law.
Burak Aydin speaks Turkish as a second native language and fluent English. He is a member of the Berliner Anwaltsverein, the Vereinigung Berliner Strafverteidiger e.V. and the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Strafrecht des Deutschen Anwaltvereins.
