Maximilian Offinger was born in Berlin in 1995. After graduating from high school, he studied law at the University of Potsdam from 2014 to 2020. He completed his legal clerkship at the Kammergericht from 2021 until 2023 and passed the second bar exam as the top student in his class. During his legal training, he worked at several leading commercial law firms.
Maximilian Offinger honed his legal skills at Hengeler Mueller, one of Germany’s leading commercial law firms. He worked there from 2023 until 2026, most recently as a senior associate, and handled extensive court and arbitration proceedings and represented clients in criminal and administrative fine proceedings.
